Noove was a unique startup founded by Adam Bednář and Jakub Nagy (both Forbes 30 under 30). Our core mission was bridging the gap between established enterprises and young talent.

As a Head of Marketing, my role was to unify and cleanup the brand (with the help of a seasoned brand identity designer Zuzana Lehocká) and oversee the communication channels promoting online hackathons organised on behalf of our corporate customers.

The marketing mix included online advertising campaigns, offline presence at schools, public events and head hunting.
